M&T Development is a powerhouse in the South African property development market with a large portfolio in Gauteng.

M&T Development, established in 1996 by Irene Tsai, has become a leader in residential, commercial, industrial, and retail properties.

Tsai and her family, who still lead the company, are very private, and little is known about them.
